Job description

Imagine a piloted air taxi that takes off vertically, then quietly carries you and your fellow passengers over the congested city streets below, enabling you to spend more time with the people and places that matter most. At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. • Secure workforce development grant funding and coordinate grant and training reimbursement initiatives to support manufacturing workforce programs
  • Coordinate workforce development programs โ€” including apprenticeships, internships, and structured on-the-job training โ€” designed to funnel participants into manufacturing roles at Joby
  • Work closely with the manufacturing and training teams to align workforce development initiatives with production staffing needs and hiring timelines
  • Observe all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company
  • Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices

  • 3+ years of professional experience in workforce development or technical training

  • Passion for education, technical training, and community engagement
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to track and coordinate multiple programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
