Job description

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Canvass Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a team of field canvassers. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about coaching others to succeed.
As a Canvass Manager, you will be responsible for executing canvassing strategies, recruiting and training team members, and ensuring consistent achievement of lead generation goals. Your leadership will directly impact team performance and overall business growth. This is more than a management role; it's an opportunity to lead from the front, develop others, and drive meaningful results while growing your own career.
Compensation
  • Uncapped performance bonuses
  • Average supervisors earn $1,500 - $3,000/month in bonuses
  • Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses
  • $26.44hr base pay

Requirements
  • Walk neighborhoods for extended periods - this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role
  • Strong communicators who aren't afraid of rejection
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • Available Monday - Saturdays
  • A valid driver's license
  • The use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs
  • A good driving record

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting
  • Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally
  • Track performance metrics and report on team results
  • Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas

Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in a face-to-face environment
  • Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred but not required
