· Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize profitability and satisfaction
· Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality candidate placements
Requirements Business Development Manager
· Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in staffing or workforce solutions
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
· Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar) preferred
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
