Job description


The Workforce Engagement Coordinator supports the administration, coordination, and execution of workforce engagement surveys, programs, and initiatives across the health system. This role provides operational, logistical, and platform administration support to ensure the effective delivery of enterprise engagement strategies and programs.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination of logistics, hospitality, materials, takeaway and day of support for workforce engagement programs, events and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate participant registrations, scheduling, attendance tracking, communications, and compliance monitoring for enterprise engagement programs.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain program evaluations, feedback, and participation metrics to support ongoing program improvement.
  • Assist in preparing engagement survey participation summaries and results reports for leadership review, organize and format survey data for presentations and other deliverables, and maintain historical survey documentation, reporting templates, and survey administration records.
  • Serve as administrator of the Gallup Access platform, including maintaining team structures, access management, code management, and basic platform troubleshooting and instruction for champions and key stakeholders on how to use.
  • Support routine requests for engagement data, participation information, reports, and program status updates.
  • Maintain engagement operational assets, including calendars, SharePoint sites, resource libraries, and administrative tools.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, communications and stakeholder network support activities, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, and tracking action items and deliverables for engagement stakeholder groups such as Champion and Ambassadors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participant and stakeholder inquiries related to engagement programs, surveys administration, and reporting resources, triaging requests and coordinating appropriate follow-up as needed.

Qualifications
Experience: 3 years in human resources, communications, operations, engagement, project management or related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree required
