The Air Force Mission Assurance (MA) Construct Support Team requires highly specialized technical, analytical, and investigative support services. In this role you will perform workflow enablement and automation activities using capabilities available within Government-directed enterprise data platforms You will provide direct office workflow support senior leaders, including but not limited to Senior Staff Officer (SSO) administration, coordination and support for meetings, facilitation of Video Teleconferences (VTC) up to the Top Secret (TS) level, and other workflow duties as required to ensure mission success. What You'll Be Doing: * Supporting implementation and sustainment of Mission Assurance analytical workflows that support mission analysis, assessment support, risk management, monitoring, and governance activities
* Supporting configuration, refinement, and documentation of MA process workflows to ensure consistency, repeatability, and traceability
* Supporting automation of analytical, coordination, and reporting steps within MA workflows to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness, accuracy, and transparency
* Supporting alignment of MA workflows with approved policy, governance processes, and decision-making forums
* Supporting lifecycle management of MA workflows, including version control, documentation, and transition of updated workflows into sustained operations including data lineage, stewardship responsibilities, and quality checks What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of related experience
* Security+ (SEC+) certification
* Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) certification
* Shall have demonstrable extensive knowledge of distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) and Foundry programming languages (Python, PySpark, SQL, TypeScript)
* Translation of analytical and AI-driven insights into decision-relevant products for senior leaders and stakeholders.
* Data governance, stewardship, documentation, and sustainment of analytical workflows.
* Office administration and workflow management, including Senior Staff Officer (SSO) support functions, task management, meeting coordination, and VTC facilitation. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: * HQ, MAJCOM and/or CCMD experience Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
