ARC is looking for an Accreditation Specialistto join our team! In this role, you will process all incoming forms from ARC's agency customers as they relate to the accreditation process. You will ensure agencies meet the rules of current ARC Agreements for submission requests. You'll perform a first stage risk analysis review using specific KYC / Due Diligence tools (KYC tool) on agencies and owners for new applicants and ownership changes of current ARC agency participants. Onboard new agencies, as well as processing account maintenance requests using the CRM platform. And, assist both internal and external customers with any inquiries as it relates to agency accreditation. The Accreditation Specilaist is expected to perform at a high level of productivity, cross functional engagement and teamwork is expected due to the high-volume transactional nature of the work.
What You'll Get to Do:
  1. Conduct risk analysis evaluation/assessment of applications, using the KYC tool, resulting in approval/disapproval decisions.
  2. On-board customers within prescribed service level agreement time frames, welcome new customers, and consult with external customers on the ARC accreditation standards.
  3. Serve as subject matter expert for internal and external customers on all areas of Accreditation (i.e., new entity, ownership change, verified travel consultant, and miscellaneous changes in location, bank account, etc.).
  4. Perform reporting as it applies to performance of the department to internal customers (i.e., billings to finance, affirmations, etc.).
  5. Maintain relationships with key agency customers and handle their agencies accreditation needs.
  6. Process accreditation forms submitted by agencies (new entity, ownership change, VTCs, address changes, bank account changes, etc.).

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 4 years or more of customer service experience and intimate knowledge of the ARA
  • 4+ years of experience working in a high production office environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of basic features of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Access)
  • Strong attention to detail an absolute must
  • Commitment to professionalism and integrity
  • Effective listening, reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
