Rissman provides legal services in  all areas of insurance defense litigation from Workers' Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Automobile Negligence, Premises Liability and Construction Litigation.

Job Description

Rissman is searching for a self-motivated, driven and dynamic Associate Attorney with 0-5 years of civil litigation experience to join its rapidly expanding and diverse south Florida office.

The Associate Attorney will be defending claims as part of a trial team with a supervising partner primarily in the areas of auto/commercial auto liability, premises liability, medical professional liability and product liability and will be heavily involved in litigating those cases in preparation for and at trial.

Requirements:

Licensed in the state of Florida in good standing

Insurance Defense Experience a must

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to work independently

Meticulous attention to detail

Produce an accurate and high-quality work product

Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
