Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Workers’ Compensation Analyst II to join the Claims Team in a dynamic and growing company. This role supports the management of workers’ compensation claims across the full lifecycle—from initial report of injury through resolution, including coordination on litigated matters when applicable.

The Analyst II serves as a key liaison between injured Team Members, internal stakeholders, and thirdparty administrators (TPAs), ensuring claims are handled efficiently, compliantly, and with a focus on timely resolution, cost containment, and positive Team Member outcomes. The role requires multijurisdictional awareness and the ability to leverage data and tools to enhance claim performance.

Overview of Responsibilities
  • Support the endtoend lifecycle of workers’ compensation claims, including investigation support, compensability analysis, medical and indemnity monitoring, coordination on litigated claims, and claim closure

  • Coordinate with legal counsel on litigated claims by tracking status, summarizing exposure, and supporting documentation and reporting needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to support compliance with applicable state and federal regulations across multiple jurisdictions
  • Analyze claim data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve outcomes, duration, and cost
  • Prepare regular reporting and summaries on claim performance, trends, and observations
  • Support stayatwork efforts by coordinating transitional duty options with internal partners
  • Participate in audits to support quality claim handling and adherence to internal standards and best practices
