Familiarity with claims management software, OSHA reporting systems, and sometimes certifications like Associate in Claims (AIC) or Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional (CWCP) are typically required. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities help you navigate complex cases and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. These skills ensure accurate claims processing, regulatory compliance, and effective case resolution, which are essential for minimizing risk and supporting both employees and employers.
