Job Summary:
WD is a leading company in the computer hardware industry, dedicated to powering global innovation. They are seeking a Senior System Architect specializing in Workday to lead the design and implementation of HR technology solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system performance and user experience.
Responsibilities:
β€’ Collaborate with HR business teams and Workday IT experts on system design decisions, user experience, complex issue resolution, and process design.
β€’ Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions to meet business needs, acting as a subject matter expert for various Workday modules. Conceptualize designs and end-to-end processes, providing expert guidance on best practices and system optimization.
β€’ Provide technical leadership, drive Workday process enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the architecture addresses all stakeholder concerns and enterprise-wide goals.
β€’ Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and trends, identifying opportunities to improve the process of delivering solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
β€’ Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent.
β€’ Business acumen: A strong understanding of HR business processes and how technology can be leveraged to improve them.
β€’ Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels in the company and cross-functional teams
β€’ Deep Workday expertise: In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Security, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Payroll.
β€’ Technical proficiency: Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, including a strong understanding of Workday architecture, system logic and configuration.
β€’ Problem-solving skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues
β€’ Relevant years of recent experience working on Workday for a global professional services environment, specifically in support of HR functions.
β€’ Excel in translation technical solution that is meaningful to HR and leadership.
β€’ Experience in project delivery framework practices, including agile, iterative and waterfall project delivery methodologies.
β€’ Good exposure of senior stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
