Job DescriptionThis position plays a key role in supporting and enhancing TSTC's Workday Student system to strengthen operational efficiency and improve the overall enrollment experience. The successful candidate will serve as a knowledgeable Workday resource, responsible for maintaining system accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with configuration to meet evolving enrollment needs. By ensuring data integrity, supporting end users, and contributing to process improvements, this role helps advance TSTC's mission and demonstrates our core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service, and Integrity.Essential Functions

Employee will demonstrate TSTC Core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service and Integrity with internal and external stakeholders, customers, students and members of the community.

System Support & Configuration

Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Student modules such as Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Advising. Assist in testing system changes and implementing updates or enhancements. Maintain business processes and configuration documentation.

Data Integrity & Reporting

Maintain and audit employee data for accuracy and compliance within Workday. Create and run basic to intermediate Workday Student reports and dashboards for internal use. Assist in data analysis for Enrollment metrics and ad-hoc requests.

Troubleshooting & User Support

Respond to and resolve routine Workday Student system issues and service requests. Escalate more complex issues to senior analysts or IT, as needed. Provide general support to Enrollment team members and end users on Workday Student functionality.

Training & Documentation

Help develop user guides and training materials to support Workday Student adoption. Provide basic training to new Workday Student users and serve as a resource for common system questions.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

Work with Enrollment stakeholders to understand process needs and assist with system configuration to support those needs. Participate in system testing and improvement projects led by Enrollment Support or IT leadership. Identify opportunities for efficiency and communicate suggestions to senior team members.

Education, Experience, & Skills

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in Enrollment technology support, preferably in Workday.

Familiarity with Workday modules and business process configuration.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning reporting tools.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to multiple Workday Student modules such as Admissions, Records, Financial

Aid, Advising

Workday certification or progress toward Workday Pro certification.

Extra Duties Statement

The salary range for this position is $64,525- $74,203 annually.
