The base salary range for this position is $135 ,000 to $170,000 (USD), exclusive of any discretionary bonuses and benefits. JOB DESCRIPTION MissionEdge Technologies seeking a Test Engineer who is responsible for analyzing system requirements and developing test and evaluation (T&E) plans, procedures, and reports. This role involves executing test cases, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting the creation of government T&E documentation such as strategies, master plans, and readiness assessments. The position collaborates with cross-functional and external test teams to ensure integrated testing efforts and provides specialized T&E support based on system needs and maturity. Essential Job Functions: * Perform and support system testing and evaluation (T&E) activities
* Plan, execute, and analyze system performance and test results
* Identify test objectives, risks, and priorities to guide evaluation planning
* Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system design and performance factors
* Develop evaluation plans, test strategies, and technical reports
* Design data collection methods and apply statistical analysis
* Coordinate and execute testing, ensuring readiness, compliance, and data integrity
* Use modeling, simulation, and analysis tools to support evaluation efforts
* Lead or support cross-functional teams and coordinate with government stakeholders
* Manage resources, timelines, and quality of T&E activities
* Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership
* Continuously improve processes and adapt to program changes Minimum Required Qualifications: * Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
* Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
* Eight (8) years' experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
* Have experience creating and executing test plans and scripts, generating test reports, and working with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium), as well as familiarity with command-line and backend testing. Working Conditions: Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager. Employees are required to notify management in advance of any plans to relocate out of state to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations. Physical Requirements: May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
