Job Duties and Responsibilities

Sr HRIS Systems Analyst sought by Hughes Network Systems LLC. in Germantown, MD.

Process employee data, including auditing records and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Identify and resolve technical issues impacting HR data integrations. Create, review, and participate in functional testing for all HR system fixes, upgrades, and patches. Create reports and dashboards. Design and facilitate HR system and business process training and documentation. Create, maintain, and monitor system security roles and functionality.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field plus 4 years of experience in job offered, software engineer/workday developer, or similar roles. Will accept a Master’s degree in stated fields plus 2 years of experience in job offered, software engineer/workday developer, or similar roles. Also requires 2 years of experience in each of the following (which may have been gained concurrently):

  • HRIS
  • Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits and Compensation)
  • HR/Payroll software/system
  • Prism analytics
