Salary: $100,000 - 180,000 Annually
Position Description:
  • Join a dynamic team as a Lead Workday HCM Solution Architect, responsible for leading and delivering innovative HR technology projects within the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain.
  • Utilize your strong project management expertise, deep analytical skills, and solution architecture creativity to optimize Workday functionalities.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system efficiency.
  • Lead functional projects, configure new functionalities, and architect cohesive Workday HCM and Compensation solutions while managing a small team of functional analysts.
  • Mentor junior staff and ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to operational security, with a focus on delivering impactful technology solutions in a collaborative environment.

Top Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including Core and Advanced Compensation
  • 3+ years of project management experience in HR technology initiatives
  • 2+ years of people management experience, mentoring and leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and Workday best practices
