Job Description Workday HCM Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN/Charlotte, NC Duration: 6-Month Contract W2 hourly rate: $60-$70 per hour Job Overview: We are seeking a Workday HCM Analyst to support the HR Team. In this role, you will collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and execute solutions for payroll-related inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time) Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations Prior Workday certification Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations.
