Position Overview:
This hybrid (remote/in-office) position is a subject matter expert in the Workday ecosystem and technology.
This individual will be able to build low code/no code solutions within systems. Support solutions and implementations; document system, solution, project and team functionality, processes, decisions, etc. This individual will also coordinate changes, liaise across IT and the business, and analyze relevant services and systems.
Responsibilities:

Under general supervision:
Build:
a. Good understanding of Platform/Systems
b. Procedures to improve the existing systems by applying the appropriate changes or updates.
c. Day-to-Day unit functions of specialized technology such as: User management, License management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
d. Medium complexity configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
e. Create and Optimize simple Workflows & Dashboards

a. Tier 3 support for production systems.

Required experience and education:
  • Bachelor's degree. Acceptable fields of study: Software Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analysis, and Engineering.
  • Additional four years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Required relevant experience 2 years.
  • Experience with Workday Studio
  • Understands, but still learning about the SECU organization, Finance Industry, banking, and has a service minded work ethic.
  • Comfortable with specific product, platform, or system the solution uses.
  • Shows interest in all of SECU IT to be well rounded and communicative.
  • Solution minded problem solver
  • Collaborative and team player attitude with excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Must adhere to the work schedule and attendance policy established by the manager.
  • Must be able to confidently interact with technical, non-technical, and management staff.
  • Review and refinement of the product backlog, sometimes contributing to setting priority.
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technical advancements.
  • Must be able to speak English fluently.
  • Must have strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Serves as on-call responder for software the team supports.
