  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Virginia-licensed LMFT to provide online therapy for clients navigating family pressure, relationship strain, emotional stress, and personal change. This role is centered on direct client care, clear treatment planning, and consistent virtual support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth counseling services
  • Work with individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete clinical assessments and care plans
  • Help clients improve communication, boundaries, and coping skills
  • Maintain timely and accurate records
  • Follow all telehealth and licensure standards

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
