• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Implement individualized and evidence-based therapy techniques for both individual and group sessions, addressing specific concerns related to marriage and family dynamics.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each client.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and improving family relationships.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and coping strategies to foster understanding and support throughout the therapeutic process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy of client information.

At Family Healing Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population consisting of individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and familial conflicts. • Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings, engaging with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Previous experience in providing family therapy and addressing family dynamics in a therapeutic setting.
