Hope Being Counseling Center is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team in a full-time remote position. • Deliver comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to address the specific needs of clients seeking outpatient care.
• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and relational health, enabling the establishment of personalized treatment plans that set realistic and achievable goals.
• Apply your understanding of family systems theory to navigate complex relationship dynamics and improve communication among family members.
• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention when needed, ensuring client safety and well-being during distressing situations.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

The LMFT will work with diverse client demographics, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. • A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
