Pool Title POOL - Design Support - Federal Work Study Pool Number S1-21 Announcement Summary
This is a continuous recruitment pool not specifically advertised.
The pool is continuous in order to develop a qualified pool of interested candidates.
We invite applications to be submitted for potential openings.
Design Support position is responsible for providing graphic and digital design support through creation of graphics and design deliverables for printed and digital promotional and informational materials.
Duties
May select and prepare images for use in designs.
May create or edit designs for promotional materials including flyers, posters and brochures.
May prepare final design files for printing and provide appropriate files to printers.
May assist with creating and posting graphics and content to websites.
May create or edit designs for presentations.
May participate in project and task management.
May create or edit logos and branding materials.
May assist in the editing video content.
Minimum Qualifications
Have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file for current award year.
Have a financial need.
Not be in default on a federal loan.
Have not reached Lifetime Pell Eligibility limit.
Have an eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status.
Be in a program eligible for financial aid.
Have at least a cumulative 2.0 financial aid GPA.
Be currently enrollment in at least six (6) credit hours or more in an approved program.
Possess satisfactory telephone and customer service skills.
Good reading, writing and communication skills.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Ability to operate office equipment and utilize office computer systems.
Ability to work both independently and with others.
Ability to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds.
Demonstrate the ability to professionally, effectively and tactfully provide services to the administration, faculty, staff, and
students
Must have completed 28 major credit hours in the Advertising & Graphic Design or Digital Media Technology program
