Job Summary
Provides scheduling reminders, via email or phone while abiding our confidentiality agreement and adhering to all safety polices. Includes data entry, scanning / organizing files. Assist in providing childcare coverage when needed during your designated shift. This is part time, with a maximum of 19 hours per week, hours may vary based on department need. $16.00 an hour
Required Education
  • High School Diploma or GED

Required Skills & Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive client conversations professionally and empathetically.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Pleasant, professional demeanor with clients.

Required Experience
  • One semester commitment (minimum)
