Job description

Position / Specialty: X-Ray Tech Shift: 3rd shift/nights, 3 12s a week on-call & holidays Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required. First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend and holidays as needed.

Certs REQ: ARRT, BLS, and IL state license required. Is on-call REQ? Yes- required as needed.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Open to accommodating block schedule?

Discuss schedule requests with manager. Locals accepted: Yes- no radius. Pending License accepted: No- need active license to apply.

RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days. Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section.

If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift. Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ER, ICU, NICU, Operating Room. Required Abdomen/ GI X-Ray Skills/Experience: Abdomen decubitus, Abdomen supine (KUB), Abdomen upright.

Required Chest and Thorax X-Ray Skills/Experience: Chest AP, Chest Lateral Decubitus, Chest routine, Upper Airway (soft tissue neck). Required Equipment Experience: O-ARM. Required Head X-Ray Skills/Experience: Facial bones, Orbits, Paranasal sinuses, Skull, Temporomandibular joints.

Required Lower Extremity X-Ray Skills/Experience: Ankle, Femur, Foot, Knee, Tibia-Fibula. Required Mobile/Surgical X-Ray Skills/Experience: C-Arm Procedure, Portable abdomen, Portable Chest. Required Spine and Pelvis X-Ray Skills/Experience: Cervical Spine, Hip, Lumbar Spine, Pelvis, Sacrum and/or Coccyx, Thoracic Spine.

Required Upper Extremity X-Ray Skills/Experience: Clavicle, Elbow, Forearm, Hand, Scapula, Shoulder, Trauma shoulder or Humerus (Scapular Y, Transthoracic Axial), Wrist. Cerner experience preferred. Level I Trauma experience preferred.
