Job description

The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations supports the sales organization by ensuring accurate data, timely reporting, and efficient operational processes.

Working closely with sales and cross-functional teams, this position helps provide reliable information that enables informed business decisions.

What You Will Do
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute standard sales reports, dashboards, and recurring reporting deliverables (weekly/monthly).
  • Extract, compile, validate, and maintain sales data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
  • Track sales performance metrics, conduct basic data analysis, and identify data inconsistencies for review.
  • Support forecasting and planning activities by gathering inputs, updating trackers, and providing reporting support.
  • Partner with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate data and reporting requirements.
  • Document processes and standard operating procedures, support data cleansing initiatives, and respond to ad hoc data requests.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field)
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business support roles
  • Internship or academic experience working with data sets, reporting, or analytics preferred
  • Exposure to sales or commercial environments is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of sales operations, business reporting, and data management processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
