The Opportunity:

As an Analyst of Private Wealth Operations, you will be joining a dynamic team of professionals overseeing the client onboarding workstream for our Evergreen and Closed-end strategies. In this role, you will have exposure across multiple teams and jurisdictions, acting as a liaison between operations and multiple groups to support the onboarding process.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Support and oversee the fund operations of our Evergreen and Closed-end funds.
  • Monitor and support the onboarding of new investor accounts within our open-ended and close-ended product suite.
  • Work closely with our Business Development teams across Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, North and South America to manage investor expectations by providing transparency and support around the onboarding process.
  • Liaise with/assist internal teams (client solutions, sales, compliance, legal/tax, product support, fund accounting, portfolio management, investor relations, digital business transformation, accounting/finance) and external stakeholders (fund administrators, transfer agents, investors, prospects, distributors, custodians) globally to reconcile data, resolve complex issues/daily queries, maintain an accurate workflow, and be a key contact for information.
  • Support an onboarding/set up and ongoing servicing requirements of new intermediaries, custodians, distributors, platforms, and interfaces to streamline onboarding timelines and optimize investor experience.
  • Support to investigate and resolve operational inefficiencies by understanding the intricacies of each team and process involved in the funds' lifecycles.
  • Develop an understanding of the regulatory requirements/restrictions of operating and marketing across multiple jurisdictions and funds domiciled in Luxembourg.
  • Prioritize operational proactivity and process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous compliance and documentation.
  • Support to coordinate internal and external fund documentation to ensure investor processes are detailed accurately and within compliance and legal requirements.
  • Assist in managing internal projects, orchestrating improvements, and acting as the main operational liaison.

Your background will include:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2-5 years of operations experience in the Investment Management or financial services industry; experience in private markets is preferred
  • Exposure to Alternative Funds, evergreen experience a plus
  • Experience in managing processes, prioritizing multiple tasks within a fast paced, high-pressure environment, and maintains high attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting a sales function is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Strong Microsoft Office is required; advanced excel is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Out-of-the-box thinker
