In this role, LPNs may assist with patient assessments, care coordination, and follow-up care without the need for in-person visits. Working with programs like SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) or similar healthcare initiatives, these nurses support patients by reviewing documentation, answering health-related questions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols—all from a home office setting.

What are some common challenges nurses face when working from home as an LPN with SnapNurse?

As a work-from-home LPN with SnapNurse, one common challenge is adapting to remote communication with patients and healthcare teams, which requires strong digital literacy and clear documentation skills. You may also need to manage your own schedule and environment to maintain productivity without the structure of a traditional clinical setting. Staying updated with protocols and maintaining a sense of connection with your team can require extra effort, but many employers provide virtual support and regular team meetings to help overcome these challenges.
