Client Executive, Healthcare - Job Description
Position Summary
The Client Executive in the Healthcare niche is responsible for managing and growing a designated book of business while delivering strategic risk management and insurance advisory services to clients. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and consultative expertise to drive retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. The position operates as both a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor, supporting organizational growth through market engagement, industry participation, and high-quality client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership & Ownership
• Own and manage a portfolio of healthcare client accounts with full accountability for growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert for clients within the healthcare niche.
• Partner with Sales Executives and leadership to support business development and market expansion efforts.
• Lead client strategy planning including risk assessments, coverage recommendations, and program structure.
Hands-On Execution & Delivery
• Actively manage the client lifecycle including renewals, stewardship meetings, and ongoing service delivery.
• Produce new business and meet annual revenue goals set by leadership.
• Prepare, review, and present reports, proposals, and program analyses to clients.
• Interpret carrier data, claims trends, and financial information to guide client decision-making.
Reporting, Quality & Operational Support
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all client deliverables prior to distribution.
• Maintain detailed client records and transactions within the EPIC system.
• Monitor renewal timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure seamless execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues, risks, and service gaps.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Integration
• Collaborate with internal teams including account management, analytics, and leadership to deliver integrated solutions.
• Work closely with carriers and external partners to deliver optimal client outcomes.
• Support cross-selling initiatives and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and client expectations.
Growth, Change & Special Initiatives
• Participate in industry associations, speaking engagements, and networking to build market presence.
• Support organizational growth initiatives and strategic healthcare niche expansion.
• Contribute to innovation in client service delivery and risk management solutions.
Process Improvement & Best Practices
• Identify opportunities to improve client service processes and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes.
• Promote best practices in client management, reporting, and consultative service.

Qualifications
Required

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred
• P&C License.
