Work Environment

The work setting at Ever Most Counseling Center is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that clients can access high-quality mental health services. Although the majority of your duties will be performed from home, our outpatient office in Springfield is available for consultations and team meetings when necessary. Regular business hours will typically be maintained, along with occasional evening shifts as required, to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to identify their mental health needs, ensuring that treatment plans are individualized and evidence-based.
  • Provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, employing various methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, according to client needs.
  • Coordinate care with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic support and ensure seamless client service.
  • Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate intervention, support, and resources to clients in distress.
  • Engage in outreach programs, workshops, and educational seminars that promote mental health awareness within the Springfield community.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Must possess an active, independent license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A minimum of a masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

  • Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively work with individuals from a variety of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
