As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide first-level technical support and customer service solutions for client products. You won’t just answer calls — you’ll guide customers through solutions, build trust, and take ownership of the entire customer experience.

This fully remote Technical Support Representative opportunity is open to candidates residing in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, or New Brunswick. What You’ll Do as a Technical Support Representative

You will:

This is a remote work-from-home position. You must reside in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, or New Brunswick and maintain a secure, distraction-free workspace with hardwired internet access.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or certification from an accredited program for technical and/or clinical education required
  • 2 years in a technical or clinical/medical-based device support role.
  • Experience with the use of electronic documentation systems required.
  • Previous contact center experience is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word & Excel preferred
  • Excellent communication/comprehension skills
  • Ability to type 30 wpm and successfully pass our language/grammar screening
  • Excellent home internet hardwired – Wi-Fi connections are not permitted
