We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at The Forge Recovery Center. This full-time remote position is integral to our addiction recovery and mental health treatment initiatives, as you will be directly responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans for clients navigating their path to recovery.

This role is a remote opportunity, allowing you to engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues from the comfort of your chosen workspace while maintaining flexibility in your work-life balance. You will be part of a dedicated detox center team that emphasizes compassion, transparency, and teamwork in a dynamic and ever-evolving field.

• Client Support: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and substance use challenges, and utilize the findings to develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans. This includes delivering individual and group therapy sessions that target harmful dependencies and encourage personal growth.
• Record Keeping: Keep meticulous records, conducting detailed client assessments and maintaining progress notes. Ensure patient records and treatment plans are accurate and compliant with all relevant state and federal regulations through validation processes in collaboration with the clinical director.
• Teamwork: Engage actively with team members through participation in staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions. Play a key role in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the care provided to clients. Liaise effectively with other clinicians, including psychiatrists and registered nurses, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.

Your work will focus primarily on individuals facing challenges related to substance use and mental health disorders. The Forge Recovery Center serves a diverse client population, and as an LCSW, you will be instrumental in helping these individuals develop realistic treatment goals and practical strategies to achieve sustained recovery in a nurturing environment.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience in social work, preferably within substance use or mental health settings.

• Direct clinical and case management experience with a solid understanding of mental health treatment methodologies.
• Adept in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate record-keeping and treatment planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with common office software and client management systems.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
