As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play an integral role in supporting our clients through their recovery journey. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing individual and couple therapy sessions to a diverse range of clients, ensuring a personalized approach tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, therapeutic sessions, and treatment plans, adhering to best practices for record-keeping.
• Leveraging a billing service that manages claims and client accounts to streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.
• Scheduling ongoing appointments and actively managing your calendar to ensure consistent follow-up and engagement with your clients.
• Working with a variety of clinical presentations, demonstrating versatility and the ability to adjust therapeutic techniques as needed.

You will work with individuals across various age groups, guiding them through the complexities of detox and recovery. The client population is characterized by a range of needs, from those experiencing addiction to those seeking support for mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral health concerns, ultimately promoting healing and resilience.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas, allowing for independent practice.
• Professionalism and ethical integrity, with a strong commitment to maintaining clear therapeutic boundaries.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• A minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, including availability for at least two evening sessions each week to accommodate client needs.

While not mandatory, ideal candidates will have:

• Further professional development and training in specialized techniques or evidence-based practices relevant to mental health treatment.
• A background in working with clients in detox or addiction recovery settings, enhancing your ability to support our targeted population.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with a potential sign-on bonus. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits including:
