Job description

As the Learning Facilitator, you'll deliver learning experiences that help team members apply knowledge and improve on-the-job performance. This role emphasizes facilitation for learning transfer-using discussions, scenarios, peer learning, and hands-on practice to connect e-learning (web-based training) to real work.
About the role
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences using discussion, simulation, role-play, and peer learning
  • Reinforce e-learning with practice activities that drive application and retention
  • Use structured checks for understanding, debrief techniques, and engagement accountability
  • Maintain deep, current expertise in a Home Base Specialty (workflows, tools, edge cases, pain points) and baseline knowledge across the full homeownership lifecycle and how functions connect
  • Build and maintain relationships with frontline leaders and team members to ensure facilitation reflects current-state reality
  • Conduct consistent floor time, listening sessions, or workflow observation to stay aligned with actual work
  • Facilitate foundational (1.0) topics in any business area and maintain readiness as priorities shift
  • Provide actionable insights to training partners based on learner performance signals and frontline reality
  • Participate in content reviews and working sessions to validate practice activities, scenarios, and job aids
  • Create and update materials (one-pagers, quick references, practice prompts, minor deck edits) using approved templates and governance
  • Generate practice prompts, scenario variations, knowledge checks, and facilitation plans, using AI responsibly
  • Bring forward ideas that improve learner experience, practice effectiveness, and facilitation efficiency

About you
Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to engage learners and manage group interaction
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and support learners with varying needs
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
  • Ability to receive and apply coaching/feedback and continuously improve
  • Comfort adopting new tools and technology (including AI-enabled tools) following policy and data standards
  • Working knowledge of internal platforms (LMS, collaboration tools, communication channels)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in facilitation, training, teaching, coaching, or related fields
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and practice-based learning
  • Experience supporting frontline teams in operational or customer-facing environments
