Job description

Assembly – Full-Time
Location: Thief River Falls MN
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts)
Overtime on Fridays may be required
Project Duration: November 25, 2026 – December 18, 2026

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing client in Thief River Falls, MN. We are looking for dependable candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Duties:
  • Assemble component parts into finished products following blueprints and specifications
  • Inspect parts and completed units for quality and accuracy
  • Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and fixtures
  • Perform basic production and assembly line work
  • Assist with minor machine adjustments and basic equipment setup when needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow company safety and production standards at all times
Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to read and follow instructions or blueprints
  • Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening (THC does not disqualify)
  • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 30 lbs regularly
  • Stand on concrete floors for up to 10 hours per shift
