What You'll Be Doing:  


Production Management

  • Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery goals.
  • Ensure production schedules are followed and adjust as needed to address issues.
  • Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and machine utilization.
  • Minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Assign tasks and ensure proper training of employees.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
  • Hold interviews for candidates interested in production roles.
Quality Control
  • Ensure products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
  • Promote adherence to quality management systems and continuous improvement practices.

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Enforce workplace safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections.
  • Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.

 Hours: 

  • 2nd Shift - 3:00 pm to 1:30 am, Monday-Thursday (Fridays as needed)
