Department: Service
Supervisor: Sales Manager

This position is responsible for department sales through business development and managing existing accounts
Overview:
As the Account Manager you will build and maintain exceptional client relationships to obtain new service agreements and pursue additional opportunities with existing customers. To be successful, you will work closely with your colleagues and proactively pursue monthly continuing education.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Individual sales planning and sales funnel management to accurately forecast sales to guarantee that you will achieve your monthly targets for New Accounts, Conversion Sales and Client Meetings
  • Proactive management of new and existing customers to meet sales goals and strengthen the Ryan Fireprotection brand
  • Input all sales activity into CRM tools (e.g. ZoHo) in consistent and timely manner
  • General understanding of contract terms and language
  • Industry organizational involvement (flexible schedule required):
  • Mentoring new reps (experience pending)
  • Trade shows
  • Networking events
  • Ryan Fireprotection events
  • Visiting customer sites, etc.
Skills, Education amp; Experience:
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and driven with the ability to multi task and consistently drive efforts
  • Able to proactively communicate with Sales Manager and colleagues on account portfolio to forecast performance and exceed client expectations
  • Outstanding interpersonal amp; communications skills
  • Proven ability to work with a team and independently
  • 3-5 years successful track record in sales
  • Fire protection experience is strongly encouraged but not mandatory
