Job Description
The Senior Word Processing Specialist is responsible for creating, modifying and improving a variety of documents for a variety of people. This position requires demonstrable work experience in using intermediate and advanced level features of MS Office and PDF applications.
Specific tasks include:
- Creating proposals, documents and business correspondence using MS Word
- Create marketing pieces used for internal and external customers
- Utilizing the mail merge and label operation
- Create intuitive electronic forms, and questionnaires
- Recreating Word documents from PDF documents
- Creating Excel spreadsheets
- Completing insurance industry applications within our management system application
- Assembling notebooks and customer presentation pieces
- Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and materials
Qualifications
- Service oriented aptitude
- Strong ability to manage multiple duties and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to manage competing work demands
- Proveable experience in utilizing higher level MS Word and PDF features. Experience with Excel and Power Point
