Job Description

The Senior Word Processing Specialist is responsible for creating, modifying and improving a variety of documents for a variety of people.ย  This position requires demonstrable work experience in using intermediate and advanced level features of MS Office and PDF applications.

Specific tasks include:

  • Creating proposals, documents and business correspondence using MS Word
  • Create marketing pieces used for internal and external customers
  • Utilizing the mail merge and label operation
  • Create intuitive electronic forms, andย questionnaires
  • Recreating Word documents from PDF documents
  • Creating Excel spreadsheets
  • Completing insuranceย industry applications within our management system application
  • Assembling notebooks and customer presentation pieces
  • Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and materials
Qualifications
  • Service oriented aptitude
  • Strong ability to manage multiple duties and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to manage competing work demands
  • Proveable experience in utilizing higher level MS Word and PDF features.ย  Experience with Excel and Power Point
