We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support daily property operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer service, coordination, documentation, and communication in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth office operations, accurate recordkeeping, and responsive support for property-related activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for property management activities and office operations.
  • Respond to tenant, vendor, and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with scheduling, document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records related to leases, maintenance requests, inspections, and correspondence.
  • Support coordination of property services, vendor visits, and follow-up tasks.
  • Prepare reports, notices, and other routine communications as needed.
  • Track deadlines, payments, and outstanding items to support timely resolution.
  • Help ensure office procedures and property records are organized and up to date.
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
