Responsibilities
  • Complete the 90 Day Launch Training Powered by PLACE
  • Implement PLACE Lead Generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure buyer agency agreements, and conduct home showings
  • Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers effectively
  • Host two open houses each week (unless you have two pending transactions in your pipeline)
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation conversations into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in daily role-playing and script practice with an AI coach and teammates
  • Commit to one-on-one meetings with the team operator; participate in weekly PLACE training and Partner Calls
  • Master the Selling Experience Guide, conduct seller consultations, secure listings, and assist in marketing efforts
  • Exhibit strong pricing strategies, budget-friendly staging, and provide comprehensive listing services
Qualifications
  • MUST be self motivated and highly competitive. You know how to develop relationships by building rapport, listening, and asking the right questions. You are NOT afraid of prospecting for new business and lead generation. You know how to deal with difficult people and overcome objections. Customer service and communication are your strengths.
  • MUST BE a Licensed Real Estate Professional
  • 3+ years of real estate experience
