What You'll Do
  • Operate spray machines, hand sprayers, orbital sanders, and other finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Sand and finish a wide variety of wood products using paint, lacquer, varnish, polyurethane, primer, and other finishing materials.
  • Identify and understand different finish products and their applications.
  • Mix stains and dyes to achieve precise color matches.
  • Meet production deadlines while maintaining the high quality our customers expect.
  • Read a tape measure to 1/16" accuracy and perform basic conversions and calculations.
  • Navigate spreadsheets, work orders, production forms, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Bend, lift, twist, and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.

What We're Looking For
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience-schooling or hands-on work in a production environment helps you transition quickly.
  • Reliability, grit, and dedication-we run a predictable day-shift schedule with weekends off, so consistent attendance is essential.
  • Familiarity with finish materials-experience with stain, dye, lacquer, polyurethane, conversion varnish, waterborne coatings, paint, or primer is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail-our products require precision and consistency.
