Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Carpentry Supervisor to oversee daily carpentry operations in our woodworking and cabinet shop. This role is hands-on and includes managing a team of carpenters and helpers, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience as a wood carpenter, cabinet maker, or millwork carpenter
  • 2+ years experience leading or supervising carpentry teams
  • Strong ability to read shop drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with shop machinery and hand tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in architectural mill work or custom cabinetry
  • CNC or production-shop experience
  • Installation and field coordination experience
