Wood Assembler: Hebron, Illinois
Our customer in Hebron, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Wood Assemblers to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Wood Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling custom wood products and supporting daily production needs in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities of the Wood Assembler:
  • Assemble wood shutters and related products according to specifications.
  • Use hand tools and measuring tools to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Support the manufacturing of custom window shutters, vinyl gutters, and trim.
  • Read tape measurements and follow basic work instructions.
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Cross-train in other areas as needed to support production.
Wood Assembler Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Ability to read tape measurements accurately.
