ABOUT OUR AGENCY:Our agency opened in 2006 and has grown into a thriving team of 19 across multiple offices. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with State Farm in communications and public affairs, which helped shape my leadership style and commitment to serving both our customers and our community.
I'm a graduate of Florida A&M University, where I earned my degree magna cum laude, and I'm proud that my family represents five generations at FAMU. I'm a Million Dollar Round Table qualifier and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. A fun fact about me: I once won The Price Is Right! I'm also honored to be the first and only African American woman to operate three State Farm offices.
Giving back to the community is a big part of who we are. I'm actively involved as a Platinum member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a member of the Hallandale Chamber of Commerce, part of The Links, Inc. (Miami-Biscayne Bay Chapter), and serve on the Board of the Florida A&M Foundation.
For our team, we offer life insurance, PTO, health benefits, a Simple IRA retirement plan, and strong opportunities for professional and personal development. Team members also enjoy team-building events, participation in the Aspirant Program, and additional PTO and compensation opportunities when office goals are achieved.
Our office culture is close-knit and family-oriented, built on integrity, support, and a shared commitment to helping others. We're looking for someone who is charismatic, team-oriented, and values-driven-someone who believes, as we do, that people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
