Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, the Sales Associate holds a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about sales development and is highly customer-focused and efficient.


The Marketing and Sales division at Wolfe Perseverance is growing rapidly; join a fast paced team with great training and continued mentorship.


Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting for new business to develop relationships with key decision-makers, understand and respond to customer needs, track and report on account activity.
  • Lead generation expertise to include the ability to identify and develop new prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research within a protected territory.
  • Qualify all customers in Salesforce.com and manage accounts in the CRM.
  • Coordinate and lead in-person presentations to customers.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory.
  • Meet and exceed daily call & activity metrics.
  • Align with other members of the sales organization to support overall company revenue targets.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six months to one year of experience within sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or events industry.
  • Preferred experience with technology sales.
  • Preferred Salesforce.com CRM experience.
  • Preferred previous experience in a sales development role.
