JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager of Integrated Marketing will lead cross-functional marketing campaigns that drive fan engagement, ticket sales, retail, partnerships, and overall brand growth for WNBA Cleveland. This role partners across marketing, creative, digital, ticket sales, retail, communications, community relations, and game operations to ensure aligned messaging and seamless campaign execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketer with strong project management skills, experience executing integrated campaigns across multiple platforms, and a passion for women's sports and community impact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead development and execution of integrated, cross-functional marketing campaigns across owned (web, app, email, SMS), earned (PR, community), and revenue-driving channels (ticketing, retail, partnerships).
  • Translate organizational priorities into strategic campaign plans that drive fan engagement, brand growth, and revenue.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across marketing, ticket sales, partnerships, and game operations to ensure alignment, clear communication, and on-time delivery
  • Manage campaign timelines, lead cross-functional meetings, and oversee execution of key initiatives and tentpole moments
  • Collaborate on CRM, email, SMS, and app strategies including segmentation, lifecycle planning, and messaging
  • Place, track, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and driving measurable ROI
  • Partner with analytics and ticketing teams to evaluate performance, track KPIs, and inform data-driven optimizations
  • Ensure cohesive, on-brand content across social, digital, video, in-arena, and broadcast platforms
  • Partner with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets on time and within budget
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with WNBA CLE values and league standards
  • Integrate community and social impact initiatives into broader marketing efforts to strengthen fan and civic engagement
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, project management, campaign planning, digital strategy, and content execution, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives; sports and entertainment experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and timelines are consistently met.
  • Hands-on experience placing, tracking, and optimizing advertising campaigns across digital, social, OOH, broadcast, and/or print channels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, briefs and campaign one-sheets
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with experience working across department
  • Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and data-driven decision-making with a curiosity for testing, optimization, and innovation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, CMS tools, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics platforms
  • Experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns, paid advertising, and website management
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and overall communication skills
  • Familiarity with WNBA CLE brand values and alignment with WNBA/NBA digital and marketing standards preferred
  • Passion for women's sports, empowerment, and community engagement
