About the Job

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Technician to join our warehouse team at Innovative Labs. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our inventory accuracy—owning warehouse transactions, cycle counts, system reconciliation, and physical inventory counts. You’ll work hands-on with our ERP/WMS systems and forklift to keep our warehouse organized, our records accurate, and our operations running smoothly.


What You’ll Do


Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Ensure all inventory transactions within the warehouse are completed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Keep the warehouse organized according to established SOPs
  • Complete accurate cycle counts and update all relevant documentation
  • Move inventory physically and electronically throughout the cycle count process
  • Assist with month-end and year-end physical inventory counts
  • Maintain and monitor high-dollar inventory items with appropriate care and documentation

ERP/WMS Systems

  • Understand and execute all ERP/WMS warehouse functions and transactions
  • Gather and report physical quantities of inventory using WMS-generated Physical Count reports
  • Enter Physical Count data into ERP/WMS and run Physical Count Audit Reports to review variances and update on-hand quantities and stock statuses
  • Research inventory variances and any findings that do not align with system records
  • Communicate frequently with key stakeholders to correct and adjust inventory discrepancies

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Ability to operate a forklift (certification required or ability to become certified)
