About the Job

The Account Manager at Innovative Labs is responsible for supporting the execution and lifecycle management of customer products manufactured by Innovative Labs. Operating within a contract manufacturing environment, this role serves as the day-to-day account leader for assigned products from pilot through commercialization and ongoing production. Additionally this role is responsible for proactively growing assigned accounts. The Account Manager ensures products remain aligned with manufacturing capabilities, and meet quality and regulatory requirements through strong cross-functional coordination and disciplined execution.


What You’ll Do

Product Execution & Portfolio Support

  • Support the execution of customer-manufactured products from pilot through commercialization and routine production
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful manufacturing outcomes
  • Help customer service maintain up-to-date customer forecasts and lead out on annual budgeting and planning cycles
  • Own pricing elements including Variable Gross Maring (VGM), MOQ structures, and cost-related updates as directed
  • Ensure customer demand aligns with internal manufacturing capabilities

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Operations, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Customer Service to support product execution
  • Track action items, risks, and open issues, escalating as needed
  • Participate in customer technical, operations, and pilot meetings
  • Support artwork, labeling, and packaging review to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements for pilots and first production runs

Customer & Account Support

  • Partner with Customer Service to support timely customer communication and execution
  • Provide updates to customers regarding NPD, onboarding, and operational considerations
  • Support implementation and administration of customer supply agreements related to manufactured products

Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate documentation and CRM (Monday) updates
  • Track portfolio metrics, timelines, and execution milestones
  • Identify opportunities to improve coordination, documentation, and execution processes
  • Follow established portfolio management standards and best practices

Company Support

  • Support overall company objectives and team coverage as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract manufacturing, CDMO/CMO, or manufacturing-adjacent environments
  • Experience supporting manufactured products through pilot, scale-up, or commercialization
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities for innovation and expanding existing accounts
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with GMP environments, quality systems, and regulatory requirements preferred
