    Are you a logistics professional who excels at making complex systems work seamlessly with business goals? We're looking for a WMS Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Warehouse Management System (WMS) projects, ensuring our solutions align with operational goals and customer needs.
    Location: Des Plaines, IL or Bethlehem, PA | Full-Time | Salary Range $75,000 to $95,000 per year

    What You'll Do:
    As a WMS Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of WMS implementations. You'll lead project teams, serve as a change agent, and ensure our systems and processes are optimized for success.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, training guides, and user manuals.
    • Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture operational needs, translate them into system requirements, and document them for the project team.
    • Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, and IT teams to ensure documentation accurately reflects scope, timelines, and risks.
    • Evaluate current and/or intended warehouse environments and document fit/gap analyses, risks, and proposed process changes.
    • Support testing cycles by preparing test plans, documenting results, and tracking defects or issues to resolution.
    • Provide detailed process documentation and training materials to support end-user adoption and knowledge transfer.
    • Act as a WMS SME by documenting and explaining how system functionality aligns to operational processes and customer outcomes.
    • Monitor system and operational performance, record findings, and contribute to documented recommendations for improvement.
    • Facilitate change management activities by documenting as-is and to-be processes and helping stakeholders understand impacts.
    • Communicate project updates and outcomes with internal and external stakeholders through well-structured documentation and presentations.
    • Additional job duties as assigned.
    What You Bring to the Table:
    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience is required.
    • 2+ years of experience leading WMS implementations or in a similar role preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans.
    • The ability to manage your own priorities while being a strong team player.
    • A willingness to travel up to 20-25% annually, based on project needs.
    • Experience delivering on-the-job coaching is preferred.
