Job description

JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
 
REPORTS TO: Head of Account Management
On Site Personnel is partnering with an award-winning manufacturing company known for delivering end-to-end solutions to leading consumer-packaged goods brands. They are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Account Management team with the preparation and coordination of customer projects.
 
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
 
COMPENSATION: $21/hour
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative Assistant:
  • Reporting: Inventory, Production, Shipments & Receipts
  • Scheduling of Inbound Trucks
  • First Article Creation/Assembly Standards for photo approvals
  • Item and Bill of Material creation in WMS
  • Project Creation in WMS
  • Ship Order Creation in WMS
  • Communicate as required externally to customers to assist with meeting their needs
  • Attend meetings, manage administrative aspects of customer interaction
  • Sample requests
  • Quote Requests
  • Ad hoc Reports
  • End of run reports
  • Preparation of internal documentation
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Comply with all Summit Policies and Procedures
  • Maintain confidential information
  • Meets and maintains safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Actively participate in new technology introductions and/or implementations
 
REQUIREMENTS: Administrative Assistant:
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with internal team and external clients
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and team setting
 
QUALIFICATIONS: Administrative Assistant:
  • At least 2+ years in an admin or data entry position
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
  • Experience with WMS/fulfillment software preferred.
  • Proven data entry experience with high data integrity and accuracy.
