Job description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our Aurora Facility located at 2255 North Pagosa Street, 80011. This critical leadership role oversees daily warehouse activities while driving excellence in safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
The Warehouse Manager will work closely with the supply chain team, support other company warehouses, and provide flexible assistance in shipping, receiving, and production as needed. This position plays a key role in ensuring seamless manufacturing and distribution support while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and performance.
Requirements
  • Provide leadership and oversight for Safety, Equipment Maintenance, QA/QC, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Support, Shipping, and Receiving operations.
  • Enforce safety programs, policies, and training to achieve a zero-incident workplace culture. Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA and other regulatory compliance.
  • Manage equipment maintenance schedules and programs to maximize uptime and extend the life of warehouse assets (forklifts, racking, machines, etc.).
  • Adhere to QA/QC processes to ensure all incoming and outgoing materials and products meet quality standards.
  • Lead site inventory management efforts, including cycle counts, accurate record-keeping, and minimizing discrepancies through strong controls and systems.
  • Support manufacturing operations by coordinating timely material flow and assisting in production activities when required.
  • Direct shipping and receiving operations to ensure on-time, damage-free delivery and receipt of goods while optimizing logistics costs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team and provide support to other company warehouses as needed.
  • Train, mentor, and lead warehouse associates. Foster a high-performance team environment with clear goals and accountability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory turns, and cost control. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost management for warehouse operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications Required:
  • 5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Proven track record in safety management, lean principles, and process improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Ability to work flexibly across functions, including hands-on support in shipping, receiving, and production during peak periods.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain forklift and other equipment certifications.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Denver-area logistics networks and transportation regulations.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.

Physical & Work Environment:
  • This position is based in our Auroa, Colorado warehouse facility.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk for extended periods.
