Compensation: Up to $85,000.00 per year including salary, commissions, and performance bonuses

Mobile Generation, the fastest growing Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer in the Midwest is currently looking for a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager to join our retail teams. The Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager for Mobile Generations will be responsible for working directly with all team members to ensure all are well verse in our selling process, Verizon Wireless products and services and ensuring our retail locations attain our operational standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in retail environments, preferably in the wireless industry, and is well skilled in delivering an excellent customer experience that includes an effective sales process, providing product and service knowledge and ability to manage any type of customer concern or need with professionalism and a positive attitude.

The Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager for Mobile Generation will be responsible for:

  • Building a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
  • Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
  • Meet or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators each month
  • Coach/mentor your team every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience each time.
  • Ensure your assigned location is operating under the specific guidelines of both Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation.
  • Ensure all promotional role outs, inventory procedures or other duties and tasks assigned by Mobile Generation leadership is executed timely and correctly.
  • Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Mobile Generation is looking for candidates with:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business, managing team members.
  • Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required.
