The salary range is between $105K-$135K
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale programs and multiple concurrent projects that advance healthcare transformation initiatives. The Project Manager will support project planning, execution, and delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams, developing project scopes and schedules, monitoring milestones, budgets, risks, and performance, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and preparing executive reports and briefings. Working closely with Government leadership and the Program Manager, this position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with agency priorities while supporting a dynamic portfolio of enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects supporting enterprise healthcare transformation initiatives and strategic organizational priorities.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and implementation strategies that support successful project execution.
- Coordinate project startup activities, including project scoping, staffing coordination, work planning, and level-of-effort estimates.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, status reports, and executive briefing materials.
- Facilitate project meetings, working groups, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
- Coordinate activities among Government personnel, contractor staff, executive leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
- Support preparation of weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly project reports in accordance with contract requirements.
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies while communicating issues requiring management attention.
- Ensure project documentation, reports, and deliverables meet established quality standards and Government requirements.
- Support organizational change initiatives, process improvements, and implementation of new business practices.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by standardizing project management practices, reporting, and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a comparable project management certification.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting a large corporation or Federal Government agency in a project or program management role within a large healthcare organization.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing a large-scale program encompassing multiple projects with lifecycle budgets and complexity comparable to the task order.
- Experience planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing programs or projects that support an agency's mission.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the background investigation required for the position.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess experience that includes:
- Planning, initiating, managing, executing, monitoring, and closing complex projects supporting Federal agency missions.
- Managing multiple concurrent projects involving diverse stakeholders, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Developing project management plans, schedules, risk registers, staffing plans, and executive reporting.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams consisting of Government personnel, contractors, and executive leadership.
- Preparing executive briefings, project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Managing project scope, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting organizational transformation, strategic initiatives, and business process improvement efforts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration tools.
- Experience using portfolio management and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting a large healthcare organization or Federal healthcare agency.
- Demonstrated successful engagement with senior organizational leadership.
- Experience supporting enterprise program management, healthcare transformation initiatives, or organizational modernization efforts within federal agencies.
